Show-cooking

Our Chefs will revisit the typical recipes of Bari Sardo tradition

Luca Pappagallo

One of the most beloved chefs on the web, he has been involved in cooking for over 20 years. He is the founder of Cookaround, one of Italy's first cooking websites, and the creator behind Casa Pappagallo, where he shares delicious and easy-to-make recipes.
He hosts the show
In cucina con Luca Pappagallo on Food Network Italy, consistently one of the network's most-watched programs.
Although he doesn’t call himself a chef, he prefers to describe himself as a curious and passionate home cook.

Marina Loi

Chef from Bari Sardo , in 2023 he triumphed together with the Sardinian delegation at the Cittadella del Gusto , organized by the Italian Chefs Association , which took place in Campi Bisenzio in the province of Florence, beating the competition of the other 19 regional delegations with dishes rooted in tradition.
